Lorz Italian Artichoke Garlic

Lorz Italian Artichoke Garlic has medium-sized bulbs, with thickish, purple-splodged skin that peels off easily.

Inside, there will be 12 to 20 cloves per bulb in 3 clove layers. Clove size is not uniform. The cloves have cream-coloured skin with some pale purple in it.

The garlic has a robust flavour, ranging to hot depending on the weather when it was grown. The taste builds in your mouth.

Good for braiding.

Mid-season harvest.

The garlic belongs to the Artichoke sub-group of softneck garlic.
