Mimi Potatoes

Mimi are small-sized, round potatoes with red skin and white flesh.

These are waxy potatoes, good as salad potatoes.

They have good flavour both warm or cold.

Each plant will produce about 32 potatoes with a total weight of 1 ¾ pounds (.8 kg.)

Early harvest. The plant and its tubers are small enough to be grown in a large pot.

Cooking Tips

Cook whole for salads.

History Notes

Mimi Potatoes were developed in 2002 by a Jack Dunnett of Caithness Potatoes Ltd, Scotland; released in 2003.
