Pepa de Zapallo Beans

Pepa de Zapallo Beans are long, plump, slightly curved, mustard-gold beans with 1 or 2 dark purple swirls on them.

They have a thin, tender skin and are grown for drying, on a bush type plant that produces a few vines; 75 to 85 days from seed.

Pepa de Zapallo Beans are good for chili, and refried beans.
