Pesto Potatoes Recipe
This is a nice side dish with lamb or beef.

Instructions
- Wash the potatoes, but don't peel them or cut them up.
- Boil until tender, about 7 to 12 minutes, and drain.
- Toss straightaway with the pesto, then scatter pine nuts on top, and send to the table.
Notes
Instead of new potatoes, you can use small salad potatoes.
The pesto is a guesstimate: put in a few tablespoons at a time, and see how you feel.
