Polish White Garlic has a very large bulb.
Inside, there will be 10 to 13 large, evenly-shaped cloves in layers, with no small ones.
The garlic has a hot taste at first but then mellows on the tongue.
The plant survives cold winters very well.
It belongs to the Artichoke sub-group of softneck garlic.
