Santa Maria Pinquitos Beans

Santa Maria Pinquitos Beans are a pink bean variety that grows on a bush-type bean plant.

The beans are squat and have a pinkish, tan colour.

When cooked, Santa Maria Pinquitos Beans hold their shape and have a somewhat sweet, rich taste.

Santa Maria Pinquitos Beans are good for chilis, soups, and stews.

Simmer soaked Santa Maria Pinquitos Beans for 2 hours or pressure cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
