Seuri Pears

The Seuri Pear is large and round with dark orange skin; from a distance your eyes would almost think for a moment they were looking at some kind of orange. The flesh is white and crisp, with a sweet taste slightly reminiscent of an apricot.

The Seuri Pear tree is best pollinated by a Ya Li Pear tree. Farmers are having a bit of trouble (2004) getting good crops off the trees as the fruit is very susceptible to blight.
