Simonetti Artichoke Garlic has large bulbs with white, very thick bulb wrappers.
Inside, there will be 12 to 18 good-sized cloves in two layers. The clove skin is off-white with a pink flush.
The garlic is full-flavoured, yet with a mild heat and aftertaste.
It belongs to the Artichoke sub-group of softneck garlic.
Mid-season harvest.
