Spunta Potatoes

Spunta Potatoes are long, oblong, potatoes with yellowish-buff skin and pale yellow flesh.

They can bruise a bit more easily than other potatoes.

These are waxy potatoes.

History Notes

Spunta Potatoes were developed from a cross between two potatoes referred to as “Beax USDA” and “9656.”
