St-Fiacre Beans are yellow wax beans that grow on a pole-type bean plant.
They can also be grown for use as a dried bean.
Dried St-Fiacre Beans are coffee-brown, and oblong, with a small white eye on one side.

“Fiacre” is pronounced “fair-cra”. St-Fiacre was Irish and is the patron saint of gardeners.
