Starlette Potatoes are oblong, with yellow skin and flesh, and very shallow eyes.
They are promoted for direct to consumer fresh sales.
These are waxy potatoes, for use as a boiled potato and for salads.

Starlette Potatoes were developed from a cross between two potatoes referred to as “I.N.R.A. 70.33.171” and “Alcmaria” by Federation des Syndicats Bretons et A. Guillerm, France.
