Sweet Meat Squash are round, and somewhat flattened, with moderate ribbing. The rind ripens from pale green to bluish-grey hard rind.
They weigh 10 pounds (4 1/2 kg) and up.
Inside they have thick, dry, finely-textured, deep-orange flesh with a very sweet taste.
95 to 110 days from seed.
Can be stored up to 8 months .
Some consumers report that it can be frozen without blanching.
