Valetta are medium-sized, oblong potatoes with pale yellow skin and yellow flesh.

These are waxy potatoes, marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales.

The plant delivers high yields in an early harvest.

History Notes

Valetta Potatoes were developed in Germany from a cross between Nicola potatoes and a potato referred to as “1025 60.”

Released 1984.
