White Lady Potatoes are oval, with light buff skin and white flesh.
These are floury potatoes with good flavour, marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales and for processing into French Fries (aka chips in the UK.)

History Notes
White Lady Potatoes were developed in 1999 by Pannon University of Agricultural Sciences, Hungary from a cross between two potatoes referred to as “Ke 40” and “71.17/6.”
