White Rose are small to medium-sized, oblong potatoes with thin, smooth, light-buff skin and white flesh.

They are marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales.

History Notes

White Rose Potatoes were developed by a Mrs. Rachel Chapman in New York State in 1871.

One parent was a Jackson potato.

Released 1893.
