Wonha Garlic has a strong taste when raw, with a lingering aftertaste.

It has a milder taste when baked.

The garlic belongs to the Asiatic sub-group of the Artichoke group of garlics, itself a subgroup of softneck garlics.

History Notes

Wonha Garlic originated in North Korea. It was brought to North America by a J. Swenson.
