Yellow Flageolet Beans are a yellow version of Flageolet Beans. Like all Flageolet Beans, they are a member of the kidney bean family,

The beans have a yellowish hue, with a white eye on the side surrounded by a thin darker circle.

Yellow Flageolet Beans have very tender skins, and cook up creamy. They double in size when cooked.
