Yellow Indian Woman Beans

Yellow Indian Woman Beans are a type of runner bean. The plant grows 20 to 24 inches (50 to 60 cm) tall.

The beans are gold-coloured. They cook up dense and creamy, and hold their shape well.

Cooking Tips

Simmer soaked Yellow Indian Woman Beans for 2 ½ hours; pressure cook soaked beans for 20 to 25 minutes.
