Amori

Amori are curled, ridged hollow tubes of pasta that look like corkscrew macaroni.

They are used in pasta dishes that will be baked, or that have creamy sauces.

Cooking Tips

Allow 3 to 4 oz (75 to 100g) of dried Amori per person. Boil in salted water for 10 to 12 minutes.
