Butterfinger Fingerling Potatoes

Butterfinger Fingerling Potatoes are long, with ends curling in somewhat like a croissant. They will be about 2 ½ inches long (6 cm) by 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.

They have thin, tan-coloured skin with some russetting. Inside, they have yellow flesh with good flavour.

These are waxy potatoes.

Cooking Tips

Hold together well through long simmering, and in salads.
