Clément Créole Shrubb

Clément Créole Shrubb is a yellow-coloured, orange-flavoured liqueur made from a blend of young and aged rums, along with cane sugar syrup, that has orange peel steeped in it. It is aged in oak barrels.

Alcohol content is 40% abv.

Cooking Tips

Can be drunk straight up, on the rocks or mixed with carbonated mineral water.

History Notes

Made in Martinique by the Clément company, founded in 1887 by Homère Clément, who was both a doctor, politician and businessman.

Traditional at Christmas and New Year in the Caribbean.
