Coastal Chip are oval potatoes with white skin.

Good for potato chips (aka crisps in the UK.)

History Notes

Coastal Chip Potatoes were developed jointly by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rutgers University and Cornell University from a cross between Wauseon and Lenape potatoes.

Released 1990.
