Creamy Anchovy, Dijon and Caper Salad Dressing

Ingredients

½ cup Salad Dressing Base
1 Anchovy fillet
10 Capers
½ teaspoon Ground Pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 clove Garlic peeled
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions

Put all in blender and whiz together.

Notes

Store covered tightly in fridge for up to 1 week.
