Ivory Crisp Potatoes were developed jointly by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and experimental stations in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and North Dakota, from a cross done in 1980 between two potatoes referred to as “ND292-1” and “A77268-4.”
