Jindi Deluxe Blue is an Australian blue cheese made in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia.
It is white and crumbly, with veins of blue mould.
The company — Jindi — also makes a Reserve Blue, a Sapphire Blue, a Heritage Blue, and a Jumbunna Blue.
Jindi Deluxe Blue Cheese was created in 2009 by Franck Beaurain, who was born in Normandy. Franck was also the creator of Roaring Forties Blue Cheese.
Jindi Deluxe Blue won the blue cheese award at the World Championship Cheese Contest in Wisconsin, USA in March 2010.
