Katsuobushi Dashi is a simple Japanese stock recipe, based on dried flakes of tuna.

- Bring water to boil in a pan over medium heat.
- When the water is getting ready to boil, add the tuna flakes.
- When it does start to boil, remove the heat. Strain out and discard the tuna flakes.
