Course Pasta

Ingredients

  • Parsley fresh
  • Chiles dried
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Pasta
  • Garlic

Instructions

  • Start some salted water boiling for your pasta, and when ready, toss in your dried pasta to cook (will take about 10 to 12 minutes to cook.)
  • Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a skillet, and gently fry crushed dried chiles and crushed garlic (not letting them brown.)
  • Chop the parsley -- about a couple of tablespoons full of chopped parsley per person.
  • When the pasta is cooked, drain it. Toss with the chiles and garlic (including the oil) and the parsley, and serve topped with grated or shaved parmesan.
