Raspberry Orange Sauce Recipe
Use for desserts. Great over ice cream, or chocolate cake, or both.
- Thaw the raspberries in advance of starting.
- To the thawed raspberries, add the zest from the orange, plus the juice from the orange. Put in a splash of Cointreau, and stir.
- You can make this in advance. Store in refrigerator and use within 2 days.
If the package of frozen raspberries you have to work with is 7 oz (200g), that's fine, too. Instead of Cointreau, you could use Grand Marnier or Drambuie.
