Raspberry Orange Sauce Recipe
Use for desserts. Great over ice cream, or chocolate cake, or both.
Thaw the raspberries in advance of starting.
To the thawed raspberries, add the zest from the orange, plus the juice from the orange. Put in a splash of Cointreau, and stir.
You can make this in advance. Store in refrigerator and use within 2 days.
If the package of frozen raspberries you have to work with is 7 oz (200g), that's fine, too. Instead of Cointreau, you could use Grand Marnier or Drambuie.
