The 20th of March is Ravioli Day!
If it’s a weekend, see if you can talk a group of friends into coming round in the afternoon and making the ravioli for dinner from scratch. If it’s a weeknight, well, maybe you could cheat and buy a canned version, and call it “Canned Ravioli Day.”
Italians might find that holding Ravioli Day in the fall makes more sense; a day on which large batches can made up and frozen to be ready for Christmas Eve.
