Sausages with Fried Apples

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Sausages
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Apples
  • Sour Cream
  • Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan; peel, core and quarter the apples and gently fry them in the butter until tender.
  • Meanwhile, broil, grill or fry in a separate pan the sausages for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Serve the sausages and the hot apple wedges on a plate with a dollop of sour cream and, if desired, a sprinkling of paprika.

Notes

Don't hang yourself if you don't have paprika.
