You should probably serve this with something healthy, like a green starter salad. Or, you could just grab a fork and eat the whole darn thing yourself straight out of the pan, it’s that good!
A grown-up’s macaroni and cheese!
They’ll think you fussed forever with savoury pastry squares. Good as a light lunch with a quick, leafy salad on the side.
For the potatoes, red skinned ones look nice. If you can’t get salad or new potatoes, you can use regular sized potatoes instead.
