Targhee Potatoes are oblong, with russetted skin.
They are marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales and for processing into French Fries (aka chips in the UK.)
No longer grown commercially.

History Notes
Targhee Potatoes were developed jointly by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the University of Idaho from a cross between Norgold Russet potatoes and a potato referred to as “A463-4.”
During development, the potato was referred to as “A6334-19.”
