Vénouska Potatoes are large, oblong potatoes with yellowish skin and flesh.
They are half way between a waxy and a floury potato, and are aimed at the consumer market.
The plant flowers with purple blossoms.

Vénouska Potatoes were developed by Verenigde Kweekbedrijven N.V. in the Netherlands from a cross between Blanka potatoes and a potato referred to as “VK 65 199.”
