Vintage Port

Vintage Ports are made from a single Port blend, and aged. They are usually the most expensive Ports. They are not produced every year; only in years that the producers feel are exceptional years.

When you buy a bottle of Vintage Port, you usually need to age it yourself for at least 12 years.

Once a bottle is opened, it needs to be used within 24 hours at the most.

Cooking Tips
