Whirl Cheese is a brand name for two cheeses formed together like a Swiss roll.
The outside cheese is Red Leicester; the cheese used to make the whirl is a 30% fat cream cheese.
Both cheeses are made from pasteurized cows milk, with rennet.
It is available in 2 versions: Herb & Garlic, and Onion & Chive.
The cheese is made by Long Clawson Dairy in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, England.
