Angel Hair Pasta

Angel Hair Pasta is like very thin spaghetti, thinner even than vermicelli. Generally used in a broth, or with very thin, fine sauces. Not for use with heavy, rich sauces.

Language Notes

“Capello” means a hair; “capelli” means hair (plural). “Capelli d’angelo” means “hair of an angel”.
