Cauliflower Purée Recipe
This is a creamy purée of cauliflower enriched with cream and butter, and seasoned with nutmeg. It makes for a very nice side splodge on your plate.
- Steam, boil or microwave the cauliflower until tender. Drain.
- Purée the hot cauliflower in a blender or food processor; pour into a bowl and add the butter, nutmeg and cream.
- Warm through in a microwave after blending if needed or desired.
- Serve warm.
