Chèvre and Walnut Spinach Salad Recipe

This is an easy, tasty salad with great colours, and it's hearty enough that people won't call it "rabbit food."

Ingredients
  

  • Spinach
  • Walnuts
  • Chèvre Cheese

Instructions
 

  • If the spinach leaves haven't come already washed, wash and dry them.
  • Make your spinach salad, adding anything else that interests you (e.g. sliced red onion, sliced mushrooms, etc), then top with coarsely chopped walnuts and crumbled chèvre cheese.
  • Use whatever dressing you please, but probably an oil-based one rather than a creamy one because you already have dairy in the salad.
