Dijon Pork Chops

These pork chops look amazing, and taste just as great -- with very little effort.

Ingredients
  

  • Herbs
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Dried Bread Crumbs
  • Pork Chops

Instructions
 

  • Season the breadcrumbs with some herbs.
  • Spread the mustard thinly on both sides of your pork chops, then press both sides into the breadcrumbs to get both sides coated.
  • Pan fry until chops are cooked and crumbs are golden.

Notes

Use whatever herbs, dry or fresh, strike your fancy or that you have on hand. At a minimum, season the breadcrumbs with some pepper.
