Queso con Loroco

Queso con Loroco is a Central American cheese with the herb called “loroco” in it, chopped up.

It is a sour white cheese with the texture of Italian mozzarella.

Substitutes

Grated Monterey Jack with chopped fresh or (frozen and thawed) Lorocco.
