History Notes Tejon Potatoes were developed at the University of California from a cross between two potatoes referred to as “B7583-9” and “AF10-8.” During development, the potato was referred to as “NDD47-1.” Released 1986.

Temagami Potatoes are round with dark red skin and white flesh. They are marketed as all-purpose for direct to consumer sales.
