Trinidad Hot Sauce Recipe

This is hot. Makes any commercial stuff seem like child's play.

Ingredients
  

  • Chiles hot
  • Garlic to taste
  • White Vinegar
  • Mustard
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mince, grind, blend or chop finely the raw peppers.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • The vinegar is used to cover the peppers and as sauce. The amount of vinegar you use will depend on your preference as to how thick or how thin you want your sauce to be.
  • Bottle in jars in the fridge, will last for up to a year.

Notes

Use regular mustard and regular white vinegar.
Keep the mixture covered at all times with the vinegar sauce.
Top up with additional vinegar as needed.
