Wachholder Ham

Wachholder Ham is made in Bavaria from pork shoulder or thigh.

It is cured with sodium nitrite, smoked, herb extracts and dextrose.

It can be smoked or unsmoked.

It is usually sold already cooked.

Wachholder means “Juniper.”
