Fish Batter Recipe
A classic, no-fail batter for fish.
Mix flour and salt.
Mix baking soda and vinegar.
Stir vinegar mixture and water into flour mixture. Beat until smooth.
Dip prepared fish pieces into batter, allowing excess batter to drip back into the bowl.
Fry 3 minutes. Turn fish once until brown.
