Port and Stilton Pâté Recipe
A dead easy but great tasting Pâté for the winter months.
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add green onions, cook slowly until they are soft. Do not brown. Add port, let simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients, stir, and whiz in a blender until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
Put into either small ramekins for individual servings or a large dish. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve with crackers of your choice.
