Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Water warm
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Chives chopped
  • ½ cup Instant Mashed Potato Flakes
  • ¼ cup Instant Skim Powdered Milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in pan in order listed, unless your bread machine says otherwise.
  • Select white bread, press start.

Notes

You can use fresh or freeze-dried chives, or omit. Remember to use bread flour if you are in the UK or in America. Canadians can use all-purpose. Optional: ½ teaspoon onion salt
