This is a fantastic tasting dessert. It actually looks very cool in a glass tumbler, ideally the kind you would serve whiskey in.
This is an easy and interesting salad (or relish) for the side of a plate. With a combination of sweet, sour and salty tastes, it’s very much along the lines of Medieval or Roman food.
This goes great with Mexican food. You can also make a warm version of this.
