The 24th of February is Tortilla Chip Day.
If you’re really hardcore and energetic about it all, you can make your own tortilla chips by cutting up tortillas and frying the pieces, but most of us will just buy a bag. You’ll want to invest in at least one jar of salsa to go with them. And unless you luck out and find a soft avocado at the store, it’s probably a store-made tub of guacamole for you.
If you’re dieting, you can buy flavoured tortilla chips which are supposed to make you forget about the missing bowl of guacamole or sour cream dip.
