Whether you call it barbequing or grilling or both depends on where you are in the world, but everyone loves the results.

Barbequing isn’t just about meat though: it’s about the sauces, salads, and all the other “fixings” that accompany it.

It’s interesting that so many different cultures and regional sub-cultures have their own take on it, and different things to offer.
